R U ready 4 the 5 day challenge?

You might think that this is a piece of cake . . . speaking of cake - NO CAKE ALLOWED!

The Challenge:5 days to break the sugar addiction

Sugar throws our body into a n immune suppressed, non-working state of chronic fatigue, depression, and hormonal imbalance. Did someone say HORMONAL IMBALANCE? As if we need anything else to cause our hormones to get out of whack. To break the sugar addiction, get ride of the refined sugar (anything thing that isn't fruit or veggies) for 5 days in a row, then allow yourself to have one cheat meal on Saturday AND one on Sunday. Easter is over! Throw out the candy and don't say you are keeping it around for your children's sake because they don't need it either. You will have curbed the chemical addition of sugar and your brain will desire less. *

Sisters, 5 days is nothing. You could and would do it if money were involved. I wish I could give each of you millions once you accomplish this goal, but I can't, so you will just have suffer with having a body that looks like a million bucks!

You're worth it! Invest 5 days in yourself. It won't cost you any extra money, time or energy - in fact, it might give you more of all three.

Alternative food choices to help with the craving and that are easy to have on the go:
snack sized carrots
bananas
dried cranberries (with no added sugar)
grapes
sliced apples, pears
oranges
celery
raisins

p.s. diet soda, souped up "sugar free" anything that usually would have sugar in it, including hot chocolate - are not allowed, either. sorry, it's just 5 days girls.

End the 5 day challenge with a Haute To Trot Super Saturday boot camp, Saturday, April 10, 7:00 a.m. - see details above.
