Hi Hauties November 26

I fell and broke my arm yesterday.  Needless to say I will have to cancel classes for a bit. But no worries, just because I can't work it out doesn't mean that you can't . I'll be back in action as soon as I can! Stay tuned for updates!  Thanks for your thoughts and prayers. Much love to you all! And keep moving!

Please join us each Tuesday and Thursday morning at 9:00 a.m.* inside The Life Church building across from The Office restaurant on Main Street in downtown St. Charles.  You enter thru the unmarked door between Edward Jones and The 2nd Avenue Barber Shop.

Classes are from 9:00 - 10:15

Each class is different! The only thing that you will get every time, is a great all over body workout.   Whether it be through Crossfit style, Tabata, weight training, etc.  You will be glad that you came.

it's CRAWL WEEK!

the  5th Annual HTT Boot Camp Crawl is taking place this week!  November 4 - 8. 

There will be NO regularly scheduled HTT classes this week.

We will resume our regular schedule next week on 11/12 at 9:00 a.m.
