HTT Class Information


Haute To Trot is an all over body workout designed especially for women.  You will do things in this class that perhaps you haven't done in a very long time.  You might have forgotten that you can do these things at all, but HTT will help you remember.  It includes the basics like jumping jacks, push-ups, and crunches, and oh yes, running.  "I'm not a runner,"  you say? We don't go for long distance runs. However, running and sprinting are incorporated into the workout to help you strengthen your body from the the inside out.  You don't need to be a runner to enjoy the benefits of HTT.  Each class is different!  We incorporate everything from plyometrics, pilates, TRX (suspension training), Cross-fits style, weights, bands, balls, walls, benches, etc.  To have something that you have never had, you must do something that you have never done!

Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 a.m. inside The Life Church Building 8N 2nd Street,  in downtown St. Charles (across from The Office restaurant). Enter thru the unmarked door (sounds mysterious, right?) between the Edward Jones office and the Barber Shop.

The summertime schedule changes once the kids are out of school and the weather is better - we usually start at 8:00 and meet outside at Mt. St. Mary's park near Prairie Street and 2nd in St. Charles.

Classes are $10 (discounts available with multi-class purchase)
