I'm a mom and I know the struggles that we go thru - trying to get a workout in for yourself without feeling guilty for dragging the kiddos to the gym or leaving them with someone is a challenge that we all face. That's why we have the Little Hauties Helpers. They are here to help.Services are available during each Tuesday and Thursday classes in St. Charles. The Batavia classes, Special HTT classes i.e. Super Saturday bootcamps will NOT have Little Hautie Helpers available unless otherwise specified.
“Little Hautie Helpers” is NOT a professional childcare or babysitting organization. Little Hautie Helpers was designed to aid women who are participating in a Haute To Trot fitness session, with the general oversight of their children during the designated session. Your child's well-being during any given Haute To Trot fitness session is still your concern. The “Helpers” who have been selected do have previous babysitting experience but may or may NOT be CPR or First Aid certified. Utilizing the “Little Hautie Helpers” services is to your discretion and must be taken very seriously.
Parents
- All children must be between 2 and 10 years of age to participate in the Little Hautie Helpers program. (exceptions will be made on a case by case basis)
- If you decide to NOT have your child participate in the Little Hautie Helpers program during a regular HTT session, please be advised that the primary concern of the "Helpers"is for the children who have been signed in and paid for. Children who are not signed in may be excluded from special Little Hautie Helper activities. This is for the safety and benefit of all the children and the "Helpers."
- Children who are not potty trained will have be changed by the parent. Little Hautie Helpers are not responsible for diaper or clothing changes.
- Little Hautie Helpers will escort all potty trained children for a restroom breaks as needed.
- You must sign your child in and out for each session.
- You must be willing to care for your child at any time during a HTT fitness session.
- You must sign a waiver prior to participating, holding harmless Haute To Trot, LLC, or any "Helper" from any and all liability associated with your child including injury resulting from participation in activities with other children or on park equipment, existing natural or man made park elements, including rivers, ponds and streams.
- Your child must be willing to participate in the Little Hautie Helpers program. Children who are upset and appear unwilling to participate should not be left in the "Helpers" care. You are NOT required to leave your children in the "Helpers" care and may bring your children with you while you workout during any HTT session, unless otherwise specified.
- Your are responsible for any and all equipment that you have brought for your child including food, drinks, and their containers, toys, blankets, clothing, etc.
- You must pay a nonrefundable fee of $1.00 per child upon check-in.
- There is a maximum of 16 children allowed per every two "Helper." Children will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
- All children must remain in the designated areas which will be clearly determined prior to the session starting. Children who go outside of the designated areas will no longer be allowed to participate for the remainder of the day/session. The parent will be notified and asked to come and retrieve their child(ren) immediately. Designated areas will be determined by Haute To Trot and are subject to change without notice.
- Children must keep their hands to themselves. Any unnecessary contact including pushing, pulling, or other rough housing will not be tolerated and are grounds for dismissal from that days session.
- Multiple offenses will lead to permanent removal from the Little Hautie Helpers program.
