Let's meet at the studio...

for the rest of April.  We will definitely be doing a lot of work outside, but we will start off inside.

May 6th will be our first official outdoor workout. We will meet at Mt. St. Mary's park in St. Charles at the corner of Prairie and 1st.

Please check back here before each class to make sure of the meeting place and time.  If the weather is bad, we will move the workout indoors and meet at the studio.

Always bring water and for now, anyways, bring a light jacket.

Classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 a.m.
