Thanks to all the Hauties who participated in the class this morning at Prana Yoga Center. It was a great time and a great workout! Thanks Lisa Bertke for guiding us gently thru a much needed yoga session!

Super Haute Class! Join Us!


Great News! Haute To Trot will be partnering with Prana Yoga Center for a special class. We will combine the Haute To Trot interval style workout with a Vinyasa Flow Yoga workout. All levels are welcome. Each portion will be 45 minutes long. Combining these two types of workouts is the ultimate in all over body conditioning! It will be unlike any class you've ever been to, and you'll have fun to boot! So, tell your friends and spread the love.

It's a New Time My Friends!

Starting Tuesday, December 1 - HTT classes move inside to the Life Church in downtown St. Charles, across the street from McNally's. NEW TIME: 5:00 p.m. Park and enter off of 3rd Ave.

Class info:
Tuesdays and Thursdays
5:00 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.

Bring water and a mat!

Children are welcome to come and play in a semi-supervised area. Each participant is responsible for the care and safety of their child. There will be movies and toys for the kiddos. Feel free to bring a snack/drink for them and even your own toys, if you would like.

Haute To Trot - Boot Camp Crawl! Nov. 2 - 6


We Did It! We came, We saw, We Crawled! It was awesome! A Big Thank You to all the Hauties who participated and to all the HTT sponsors - Dick Pond Athletics, XSports Fitness, Prana Yoga Center, Odalisque Beauty Apothecary, and Jane Pabon Boutique.

Not this time! It's the Haute To Trot
Boot Camp Crawl

A Different workout and a different place each morning including, weight training, cardio conditioning and Yoga. You will be trained by local fitness gurus from each discipline. We will begin each day at a different location. All fitness levels are welcome! Don't think about it, just do it.

What is Haute To Trot?


The class that you LOVE to hate!
Haute To Trot is an all over body conditioning class for women. You will do things that you haven't done since gym class is high school.

All levels are welcome because your workout is about you. There is no keeping up with Jones' or the Suzies, or the Laura's or the Kate's for that matter.

Individualized attention is just one of the things that sets Haute To Trot apart from other classes - it's a group exercise format with a trainer who pays attention to you and your progress!

You will push. You will kick. You will run and you will sweat. Most importantly, you WILL change your body.

It's your body, GET IT BACK!

Little Hautie Helpers SAVED the Day!


Thank You to all our Little Hautie Helpers who helped keep an eye on our little ones while we WORKED IT OUT!
Little Hautie Helpers will be back for our indoor session beginning in December!
“Little Hautie Helpers” is NOT a professional childcare or babysitting organization. Little Hautie Helpers was designed to aid women who are participating in a Haute To Trot fitness session, with the general oversight of their children during the designated session. The “Helpers” who have been selected do have previous babysitting experience but may or may NOT be CPR or First Aid certified. Utilizing the “Little Hautie Helpers” services is to your discretion and must be taken very seriously.

Haute Core Moves - Week 6 of 6



Hi Hauties! This Tuesday will mark our 6th out of six Tuesdays , where we are really focusing on and burning off that core area a.k.a. - the muffin top.

I will list the general moves so you can do these on your own a couple more times each week. Always remember these tips while performing the following moves: belly button to spine, neck in neutral position (in line with your spine), imagine a straight line from the back of your head to the back of your heels, hands or elbows are directly under your shoulders.

Move 1 - Plank on elbows (or more advanced - full plank) - raise your right leg, foot flexed for a beat, then switch legs. :60 seconds total

Move 2 - Side plank with rotation (beginner - elbows, adv. full plank) Opposite hand reaches up toward ceiling, slowly tuck arm under body and and rotate your body forward until shoulders are parallel to floor. Bring arm back toward ceiling - that's 1 rep. Do 10 reps each side

Move 3 - On your back with right knee bent and left leg extended (knees next to each other) lift and lower your hips. 12 reps each leg

Move 4 - Reverse lunge with hand weight. Reverse lunge on right leg with weight in right hand. Lunge (90 degree knees) and push weight up directly over shoulder without bending at waist, hold for a beat and return to starting position. Do right side 10 reps, then repeat on left side.

3 sets of the 4 core moves combined with some :60 high cardio moves in between sets will kick those muffin tops back to the bakery!
