It's getting chilly out there, so let's MOVE INSIDE!

That's right Hauties, it's time for us to go inside for the winter! Thanks again to our very generous friends, Dan and Fi Reynolds of the Life Church for offering us the use of your fabulous church facility.

• Starting Tuesday, November 15 we will meet inside The Life Church - located at the NW corner of 3rd Ave and Main (64) in St. Charles. You will enter on the east side of the building right next to the parking lot. Look for the black awning.
  
• Classes are Tuesdays + Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 10:15 and children are always welcome. There is a children's area w/toys, dvd player, etc. You can bring snack and their toys as well.
• You'll need to bring a mat and some water
• Just a reminder, please always check the blog www.HauteTotrotfitness.blogspot.com and/or the Haute Line 630-945-3438 for class updates, special events or cancellations.
• The workouts will be challenging and have influence from multiple disciplines to keep it fresh and fun!
