Just 8 WEEKS until summer!!!!

Join us for another body changing, strength-conditioning workout session! 

What's strength-conditioning?  We lift heavy weights in combination with a lot of different set types , add a little HIIT (high intensity interval training) and viola - it's a stronger, more fit, YOU!

Our next session begins on Tuesday, April 7 and will run through Friday, May 29. We have added Fridays to this session.

Classes times:
Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays - 9:00 a.m.
Wednesdays - 5:15 a.m.

You need to make a commitment to yourself.  You can't expect change without putting in the work.  You need to lift 3-4 days a week to make a change.

If you are a woman and want to gain muscle and improve your shape and curves, then you are going to have to lift heavy weights.
