and waiting and waiting for Mother Nature to get her act together! Come on sister - we need to be outside already!

We'll be inside again today and probably next week, too. I will send an email to each of you as well as update the info here. So, thank you for waiting, your call is very important to us. :)

Core Class on Thursday, April 21

DON'T miss this one . . . you always feel better after you work it, right! Notice how that is a statement and not really a question. It's just a fact.

Also, our friend and sometimes enemy, Mother Nature, has not been cooperating with us lately, so we will plan on keeping the workouts inside for now. However, please stay tuned because as soon as we can get outside without wearing ten layers, we're going!

It's Spring Break!

There will be no HTT classes the week of March 28.
I'll see you back inside on Tuesday, April 5!

I hope that you all enjoy your time with family and friends this week. Be good to yourself - you can indulge as long as indulging in your fitness is part of it, too.

We will be moving outside before you know it - probably around the 3rd week in April.

Tuesdays and Thursdays - 9:00 a.m. (no more Thursday evening classes)

Inside the Life Church (downtown St. Charles) corner of 3rd and Main st.

Endurance Testing - Jan. 27 and Feb. 1

Winners measure ladies . . .

Come to class on Thursday, Jan. 27 (5:00 p.m.) and/or Tuesday, Feb. 1 (9:00 a.m.) for a little reality check on your fitness. I promise that you won't be disappointed . You are stronger than you think you are, that's for SURE.
We will do simple strength, cardio, balance and flexibility tests that will give you a good idea of where are on your personal fitness spectrum. This dose of reality will shake you up for the better. Keeping a real perspective on your fitness and your progress has been proven to keep people dedicated.

Thursday classes will be at 5:00 p.m.

Time change for Tuesday, December 14

Class time on Tuesday, Dec. 14 will change from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. - This is a trial run for this time slot.

My hope is that class will remain on Tuesdays at 9:00 a.m. and then Thursdays at 5:00 p.m.

I will post it here as soon as any changes are confirmed!
