Endurance Testing - Jan. 27 and Feb. 1

Winners measure ladies . . .

Come to class on Thursday, Jan. 27 (5:00 p.m.) and/or Tuesday, Feb. 1 (9:00 a.m.) for a little reality check on your fitness. I promise that you won't be disappointed . You are stronger than you think you are, that's for SURE.
We will do simple strength, cardio, balance and flexibility tests that will give you a good idea of where are on your personal fitness spectrum. This dose of reality will shake you up for the better. Keeping a real perspective on your fitness and your progress has been proven to keep people dedicated.
