it’s the 2nd Annual Haute To Trot Boot Camp crawl
It’s a different workout at a different place each morning (ergo CRAWL) Classes include weight training, interval training, spin and Yoga. Each session will be led by a local, elite-level, fitness guru. All fitness levels are welcome. Don't think about it, just do it!
November 1 thru November 5 – Class time 5:30 a.m. to 6:45 a.m. each day. (locations on back)
Monday, Nov. 1 - Haute To Trot – Interval Training - led by Trainer, Sharon Lamar
Tuesday, Nov. 2 - X-Sports – Spin/Strength Combo by XSport Nat’l Dir. Group Exercise, Leslie Grosshauser
Wednesday, Nov. 3 - Dick Pond Running Store - Cardio Conditioning - led by Dick Pond Running Experts
Thursday, Nov. 4 - DelNor Health and Wellness Center – Cardio/Strength – Fitness Trainer Jolene Noel
Friday, Nov. 5 - Prana Yoga Center - Boot Camp/Stretch/Meditation - led by HTT Trainer, Sharon Lamar and Prana Yoga Center’s, Louise Hague
