Starting Tuesday, May 1st
HTT classes will be outside at Mt. St. Mary's park in St. Charles. (Prairie St. and 1st St (behind Sammy's bike shop)

Thursday, June 7 - Summer Hours - 8:00 a.m. to 9:15 a.m.
 With the kiddos out of school and temperatures rising, the earlier the better.
The Little Hautie Helpers will be on-site to help watch the kiddos while you WORK IT!  Please review the Little Hautie Helpers section located at the top of the blog page, to get familiar or get refreshed on the rules and regs.

If it looks like rain or inclement weather - we will have class indoors at the Underground Studio - 8N 2nd Ave., in downtown St. Charles, across from The Office restaurant.  HOWEVER, PLEASE CHECK BACK HERE FOR AN UPDATE.  I WILL POST CLASS LOCATION/TIME/INFO - 1 HOUR PRIOR TO CLASS TIME.

Hello Healthy Hauties! 

We will be inside today at the Underground Studio (8N 2nd Ave., St. Charles) for a little pilates action! So bring your mat and some water and get ready to work that core.

We will be going outside on Tuesday, May 1- Mt St. Mary's park in St. Charles - at the corner of Prairie and 1st Street.  Always check here before class for weather related cancellations.

Spring Break 2012

Well, we have certainly changed our opinions over the years as to what is a "cool" spring break.
I think it's cool that my kiddos will be home for a week straight without the worries of a busy schedule directing us on our every move. I'm looking forward to slowing down a bit and absorbing the time that I get to spend with my two handsome heros.

I hope that you get to enjoy, truly enjoy, whatever it is that you "GET" to do over this next week.

That being said, working out should still be a part of the mix. Whatever you decide that will be.

Bring your kiddos to Haute To Trot over spring break and show them what you do for fitness. They will be inspired. All kiddos, ages 12 and older who are accompanied by an adult are welcome to take the class for FREE. Also, as always, kids are welcome-you know what you need to bring to keep them happy while you work it!

Class will be at the UnderGround Studio on Tuesday (3/27) and possibly at Mt. St. Mary's park on Thursday (3/29) - regular time - 9:00 a.m. Check back to confirm location for Thursday.

I'm sorry ladies, stuck in Hawaii. Sounds fun, right? But let me rephrase, we'll be spending the day in the Honolulu airport . See you on Tuesday,March 6.
