I'm sorry ladies, stuck in Hawaii. Sounds fun, right? But let me rephrase, we'll be spending the day in the Honolulu airport . See you on Tuesday,March 6.

No Class on Thurs. 2/23 or Tues. 2/28

I will be doing some training with Gabrielle Reece in Kauai! I hope to bring back some great new training techniques to share with you in class.

Something is in the air!

Is it Spring? I sure hope so!

As the temps continue to creep up, we will be headed outside more often, so make sure you bring a light layer that you can throw on in a snap.

Hi Ladies,

Join us for a FREE class Sunday, February 5, - 7:00 - 8:30 a.m at the studio (aka - basement of The Life Church)
We will have a traditional HTT training session for 60 mins and finish with a 30 minute guided stretch for athletes.

Bring your water and a mat!

Bon Voyage Hauties! I'm off to the Caribbean for a little quality time with the family. Make sure you keep moving! I'll be sharing some information about the juice cleanse that I've just completed when I return. It was so easy and I was rarely hungry. It feels to good to give the body a little extra TLC.
