Tuesdays and Thursdays - 9:00 a.m. (no more Thursday evening classes)

Inside the Life Church (downtown St. Charles) corner of 3rd and Main st.

Winners measure ladies . . .

Come to class on Thursday, Jan. 27 (5:00 p.m.) and/or Tuesday, Feb. 1 (9:00 a.m.) for a little reality check on your fitness. I promise that you won't be disappointed . You are stronger than you think you are, that's for SURE.
We will do simple strength, cardio, balance and flexibility tests that will give you a good idea of where are on your personal fitness spectrum. This dose of reality will shake you up for the better. Keeping a real perspective on your fitness and your progress has been proven to keep people dedicated.

It's official! Tuesday class time is now at 9:00 a.m.

Tuesday classes will be held at 9:00 a.m.

Thursday classes will be at 5:00 p.m.

Time change for Tuesday, December 14

Class time on Tuesday, Dec. 14 will change from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. - This is a trial run for this time slot.

My hope is that class will remain on Tuesdays at 9:00 a.m. and then Thursdays at 5:00 p.m.

I will post it here as soon as any changes are confirmed!

*children are always welcome. It's a very kid friendly environment, however, there is no child care representative on duty.

Hi Hauties! Ohhhh, the weather outside . . .

has been so nice, right? But we all know that change isacomin'. Please check here each morning before class to see if class is still on or not. Inclement weather or a temperature below 35 degrees could present a problem for class, so check here an hour before class time just to make sure.

We will be moving indoors on Thursday, December 2! Stay tuned for more details.

I know you are a busy woman, but please take care of yourself as we head into this holiday season. KEEP workin' it!
