Let me introduce you to "The New Rules of Lifting Weights for Women"
All the latest studies prove that strength training, not aerobics, provides the key to losing fat and building a fit, strong body.

This book refutes the misconception that women will “bulk up” if they lift heavy weights. Nonsense! It’s tough enough for men to pack on muscle, and they have much more of the hormone necessary to build muscle: natural testosterone. Muscles need to be strengthened to achieve a lean, healthy look. Properly conditioned muscles increase metabolism and promote weight loss—it’s that simple.
  • This is a 12 week long series that includes Tues/Wed/Thurs.
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays are weight days with a very small amount of cardio/interval training.
  • Wednesdays will be High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) days
  • This is a prepay package: (previously purchased classes will be suspended during this time and can be redeemed at a later date)
      • Option 1 - Two or Three classes per week - $200.00 (that's $5.56 to $8.33 per class, respectively)
      • Option 2 - Wednesdays ONLY - $110 (<$10 a class)
  • Everyone will receive a personalized chart for you to keep up with your progress -reps, sets, weight and Body Mass Index (BMI) and LBS., if desired
  • I will post a new recipe each week on the HTT blog that will compliment the work that you will be doing
    • To be effective, you need to lift weights at least 2X per week.
    • With either option, there will be days when you will need to get your training in on your own - either weight training or HIIT - whatever you are NOT doing in HTT class. I can help guide you here.
To have something that you have never had, you MUST do something that you've never done. Commit to making the change.
