Happy Thanksgiving Week Hauties!

Here's the schedule for this week:

Tuesday 11/20 - 9:00 a.m. Feel free to bring the kiddos so that you can get your workout done and done!

Wednesday 11/21 - 7:00 a.m. FREE class (please bring some bottled water or a box of kleenex for a donation to Life Church) - again, kiddos are welcome.

No class on Thanksgiving Day.  We will be back to our regular schedule next week.

It's Official - HTT is moving indoors for the season!

Join us each Tuesday and Thursday morning at 9:00 a.m. for a Haute To Trot Boot Camp class - each day is a different workout.  We incorporate everything from pilates to crossfit style workouts.  Switching your workout styles frequently will keep your body on it's toes while building strength and endurance. 

It's your body, get it BACK!

$10 (classes are only $9 when you buy 5 or 10 class packs)

We are located in the Underground Studio in the Life Church Building in downtown St. Charles.  The actual address is 8N 2nd Avenue.  It's the building right across the street from The Office restaurant.  Enter through the unmarked door between Edward Jones and Avenue Two salon.

Class is 75 minutes
