It's Go Time!

I'm glad to be back! I'm looking forward to seeing you back at the studio this week.

Classes are at the regular time: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 a.m.

Bon Voyage Hauties! I'm off to the Caribbean for a little quality time with the family. Make sure you keep moving! I'll be sharing some information about the juice cleanse that I've just completed when I return. It was so easy and I was rarely hungry. It feels to good to give the body a little extra TLC.
