Bon Voyage Hauties!
Taking a little time with the family, so there will be no Haute To Trot classes until Tuesday, January 26th.
The weather should be relatively good next week, so get outside, do some yoga, get to the gym, jump on the treadmill or run up and down your stairs at home, just keep moving!
There will be no Haute To Trot class on the following dates:

Thursday, January 21
